Turkcell Constant Dropped Calls and Poor Internet Connectivity

Ever since I started using a Turkcell line in November 2023, I've been dealing with nonstop issues. Some of the issues I've been experiencing are dropped calls, unreliable internet connection, calls getting disconnected, difficulty in making calls, and people not being able to reach me despite my phone being on. I never had these problems with my previous provider.
When I tried to cancel my line, they told me about an early termination fee because of my contract. I was really hoping that Turkcell would deliver top-notch service, but unfortunately, they haven't provided any solutions. A representative from Turkcell mentioned that there may be some problems with certain Samsung devices and advised me to send my phone for service. But my device isn't the problem—the issue is with the Turkcell line. In my opinion, I would advise against choosing Turkcell based on my personal experience.

I did what you said, but I got a warning to check the SIM card and device, and it shut down. It keeps giving this warning and doesn't complete the process.

It's been 4 days and there has still been no response regarding this situation, my problem hasn't been resolved.
