Turkcell Made Me Believe the Smart Watch and Earphones Were Free With My Phone
Hello, on January 17, 2025, I went to the Bursa Heykel 2 branch to buy a new phone. A customer representative there named C**** T******** told me that I had very high points and that I would receive a smart watch and earphones as a gift. Of course, I didn’t believe it at first and refused, but later she insisted and spoke so convincingly that I believed her and accepted the gifts. I signed the papers. For two months, I thought I was paying the phone installments, but it turns out I was paying for the so-called gifts—which I never even took out of the box—for ₺1100, and the phone installments had not been paid. They had accumulated with interest. Apparently, there is a system called T.C. Device Payment, which I had no idea about. This woman named C**** misled me. I’ve been paying for these so-called gifts totaling ₺15,700 for the past three months. Yesterday, I applied to Consumer Rights for a product return and refund. I hope I can return the products and get my money back. I live with my sister and rely on an orphan’s pension—I can't afford to pay for this. I don’t even need these products; I don’t use or understand them. That woman C**** misled me, and I’m officially filing a complaint against her. I want the necessary actions to be taken.
