Trust Wallet Withdrawal Fee Not Disclosed Before Transaction

On January 9, 2026, at around 3:00 p.m., I made a USDT withdrawal through Trust Wallet. I attempted to withdraw 12 USDT, which is approximately $12 USD, but after the transaction was completed, I noticed that 6 USDT was deducted from my account without any clear reason. This deduction was not clearly or transparently displayed anywhere before I approved the transaction. I only realized that my balance had decreased after the withdrawal was processed.

I tried to contact customer support to understand why this deduction was made and under which fee policy, but I was unable to reach any support representative. The lack of an accessible support channel and the fact that this deduction was not transparently disclosed before the transaction makes me feel unfairly treated.

I request a refund of the 6 USDT that was deducted without a clear explanation and without being explicitly shown before the transaction was approved.
