Trust Wallet Security Breach Stole $3,000 From My Account And No Support Response

Today, I experienced a serious issue with my Trust Wallet account—approximately $3,000 was stolen. My wallet address is TREMWFkQ5hh********, and the stolen funds were transferred to the address TJj4cWa7H3hbeoZ4Hkt. This account was brand new, used only by me, and I had taken all the necessary security precautions. Despite this, the transaction occurred without any notifications or warnings from Trust Wallet.

This makes the situation even more concerning because it shows a potential security vulnerability within the system. Until today, I had never faced such a problem with my wallet.

After noticing the theft, I immediately tried to contact Trust Wallet support, but I received no reply at all. My messages have gone unanswered, and there is no proper communication channel where I can get real help. Losing such a large amount of money while being met with complete silence from support is unacceptable.

I demand that Trust Wallet urgently investigate this case and refund my stolen $3,000. Customers should not have to face financial loss due to possible system weaknesses, nor should they be ignored when reporting critical issues.

I will also provide screenshots and transaction details as supporting evidence. I expect immediate action to resolve this problem and prevent similar incidents in the future.
