I Lost All My Coins After Logging Into Trust Wallet on New Phone with Recovery Phrase

After changing my phone, I reinstalled Trust Wallet on the new device and accessed my account using my 24-word recovery phrase. Everything seemed fine at first—but that same night, I discovered that all of my coins had been transferred out of my wallet to a single unknown address.

There was no notification, no confirmation request, and worst of all—no way to contact Trust Wallet for support. There’s no proper customer service, no security follow-up, and no clear process to report this kind of incident. I was completely blindsided.

I demand Trust Wallet take accountability, investigate this theft immediately, and offer a real support channel for users. You claim to be a secure wallet, but users are getting robbed with no help in sight. Where is the protection? Where is the support?
