Trust Wallet iOS BNB Transaction Stuck Pending For Weeks

I am using the Trust Wallet iOS app and have a BNB transaction (1808-216-4427) that has been stuck in pending status for about 5 weeks. Despite waiting all this time, the transaction has still not been confirmed and the funds are effectively unusable. I have already contacted the team via email at [email protected] regarding this issue, but the problem remains unresolved. I am writing this complaint to request that my stuck BNB transaction be confirmed manually or that a clear solution be provided so the transaction can finally go through.
