Trust Wallet - I Accidentally Claimed Rewards, No Refund Received

I recently encountered a problem with Trust Wallet and am unsure how to proceed. I had mistakenly claimed some rewards for a specific event in which I had participated. The app stated that I would receive a $ 3,000 reward for depositing, but I had no intention of claiming it. The issue is that, despite realizing my error, I have yet to receive any refunds or assistance from their customer service. The difficulty is exacerbated by the fact that their support is primarily in English, which is not my native language, making resolution even more difficult. I'm looking for assistance in resolving this issue. The lack of response from customer service is aggravating, and I'm concerned about not receiving the funds.
