Trust Wallet Did Not Return My Investment After Staking

I invested 33,000 USDT in Trust Wallet for staking, but my funds were not returned. Customer service said there were security issues and asked me to deposit an additional 5,000 USDT. Even after completing the process, my money has not been refunded. This is my hard-earned money, and I am really concerned about my investment. It does not seem right to take people’s money in this way. I was given a WhatsApp number where someone said they would guide me, but instead, my money was taken under the excuse of processing it, and I have not received it back. Are such issues common with Trust Wallet? There should be action taken to prevent situations like this. How are these platforms handling user funds? How will they resolve cases like mine? People who face these difficulties should be supported, and there should be a way to ensure funds are returned fairly.
