Trust Wallet Halted My Withdrawal Request

I deposited a total of $1,625 in increments into my Trust Wallet and then transferred it to a mining pool. After about a month and a half, I wanted to test the withdrawal process and attempted to withdraw $20 in two increments of $10 each.
However, I was told that I need to deposit an additional $1,645, citing that my profits exceed my principal amount. Is this even reasonable? If anyone has information about this situation, please let me know. Is there anyone I can speak to directly by phone? Thank you.
