Trust Wallet Contact Number Useless for Lost Funds Recovery
Trust Wallet is a platform that caused me to lose my money. I’ll share the screenshots as proof. I was working with an FX company, and they transferred my earnings into a cold wallet. I attempted to withdraw 3,846 USDT but couldn’t complete the transaction. When I asked the FX company for help, they claimed the funds were blocked and told me I had to deposit $692 to unblock it, as the restriction supposedly lifts once 18% is covered.
I ended up sending money four times, but it didn’t work. My funds dropped to just $19.29. I warned them, saying, “These people are going to wipe out your money.” Then I decided to reach Trust Wallet customer service. I contacted a WhatsApp number: +1 (404) **** 211. They said, “If you deposit 0.50 ETH, your funds will start converting and can be sent to your preferred exchange.”
I trusted them and sent the 0.50 ETH—but it was immediately transferred to another wallet. They told me I would receive the money in 1 to 3 days. Today is the third day, and now I’ve been blocked. No replies, no access—nothing. The person I was communicating with has vanished. Even their profile picture (a woman’s photo) was removed.
The money is still showing in the wallet, but I can’t access it. I lost everything—nearly $19,000. If anyone reaches out to help recover it, I’ll update, but I’m done trusting this platform. I will never invest a single cent into Trust Wallet again.
