My Trust Wallet Shows Zero - Missing Joy Coins After 3 Years

The last time I used my wallet was on May 28, 2022, and I had some coins called Joy in there. After almost three years, I decided to log in again, only to discover that my wallet had a balance of zero. I would like to request an investigation into the cause of this incident.
I'm not seeing any activity in my transaction history. I would appreciate speaking with an authorized representative to address this matter. I'll be sharing the screenshot I captured in 2022. I'm curious about the whereabouts of my lost coins.
