My Trust Wallet Crypto Assets Vanished

I can't find my crypto assets in Trust Wallet. I'm very new to the blockchain world. I was checking if the coin I bought had increased, but it disappeared right in front of my eyes.

Later, an email claiming to be from the support team told me that I needed to upgrade my account. Yes, that also misled me. I am both angry and embarrassed.

I am complaining about Trust Wallet, and I am so angry that I can't decide where and how to apply.

The crypto assets I deposited in TrustWallet have disappeared!? I saw the coins I bought in my account, there was no error, I didn't make any transactions, they all disappeared. Later, I wrote to TV support via email, and they said I needed to make another payment. And yes, it never got deposited, urgent solution please.
