I Keep Getting TRX Gas Fee Errors on Trust Wallet and Can’t Reach Support

I wanted to test Trust Wallet by sending a very small amount of crypto, just to see how it works before making a bigger deposit. I’m beyond glad I didn’t send more, because the experience has been nothing but frustrating. I constantly receive an error saying "Insufficient TRX balance for gas fees," even though I’m not trying to send TRX. It seems like no transaction can go through unless you have TRX in your wallet—even for completely unrelated coins. That’s unacceptable and nowhere near transparent.

Worse, there is no real support team you can contact for help. No email, no live chat, no way to fix this unless you figure it out yourself through forums or Reddit. I feel completely stuck, and honestly, it feels like a trap—you deposit funds and then can’t access them without doing extra transactions and guessing your way through it.

If I had checked the complaints before trying, I would have never used Trust Wallet. There’s a serious lack of communication and guidance, and people deserve to know about it before they lose time and money.

Trust Wallet, if you’re reading this, step up and address this TRX gas fee issue now. You’re making users feel cheated, and that’s not how a crypto wallet builds trust.
