Funds Blocked After Transfer from Binance to Trust Wallet, Request for Resolution
The so-called exchange company has caused me significant trouble. I transferred my balance from Binance to Trust Wallet, but then I was told that the account was blocked due to the high balance. I was informed that an account match between Binance and Trust Wallet was needed and that if I deposited USD equivalent to 5% of the balance, the block would be lifted in 30 minutes.
I took out a loan to make this deposit, but the block has not been lifted. The funds are visible in the transfer, but my account currently shows 0.00. I’m in a very difficult situation. I requested that at least the block on the balance I deposited with the loan be lifted, but I haven’t received a response. I need help or a response urgently.
