Truecaller App Not Working and Continues Running After Deletion

I downloaded the Truecaller app to identify unknown phone numbers, but I was not able to benefit from it in any way. I contacted the support team multiple times, but no effective solution was provided. Even after I deleted the app, it continued to remain active, which forced me to reinstall it.
