I purchased a round-trip ticket from Istanbul to Budapest through Trip.com, operated by Wizz Air. My reservation number is 1653708586123644. My return flight on December 7 was rescheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 5:15 a.m. This is a major change that makes my travel plans impossible.
Trip.com is only offering a refund for the return portion of the flight. However, I purchased my round-trip ticket as a single booking, not as separate tickets. The airline issued separate PNRs, but that is not the passenger’s responsibility. Since the trip was sold as one complete package, I have the right to cancel the entire booking and receive a full refund.
