Unfair Return Process On Trendyol

I bought a piece of sports equipment from Trendyol, but it arrived defective and would break wherever I touched it. I immediately packed it up and returned it. I was told that the review process would take a maximum of 21 days. When the 21 days passed, they said the period was actually 24 days and that I might have been given incorrect information. On the 24th and final day, my return was rejected, and they claimed the product was 'intact.' It’s as if they deliberately waited until the last day just to tell me it was fine. If we can’t even return defective products, what’s the point of shopping on Trendyol?
