Unable to Access My Trendyol Account for Two Days
I've been having trouble accessing my Trendyol account for the past two days. Out of nowhere, the page decided to kick me out, leaving me stranded without access because I couldn't remember my password. I've been having trouble receiving reset emails, even after trying multiple times from two different accounts. The customer service representative stated that they were unable to provide assistance and subsequently closed the case. My account is now active, but there is no user associated with it. I can't believe this! I have no intention of opening another account or using Trendyol again. They've absolutely pushed me to the brink of insanity in just a mere 48 hours.




I also cannot access Trendyol, also Hepsiburada app. I uninstalled the pass, reinstalled after removing all cashed still cannot access them. Please assist. Thank you
