Trendyol Blocks Suspended Account Refund

I've been financially impacted by Trendyol for ₺5,642. Even though I returned the product, my refund was denied. Upon requesting a reevaluation, I was notified that my account had been suspended due to returns, thus halting any future product shipments. After presenting my case to the Consumer Arbitration Board, I received a favorable outcome and was granted a refund. Nevertheless, when I inquired about the return code from Trendyol, they used my suspended account as an excuse for not giving it to me. My experience persists, encountering the repetitive and unoriginal replies.
