Damaged Combi from Trendyol: Refused Replacement Despite Evidence
I purchased a combi boiler from Trendyol (Order No: 9618397030), and I regret ever doing so. The product arrived damaged, with the back panel dented, as shown in the attached image. Despite two months of discussions with Trendyol, they refused to replace the unit without approval from the authorized service, even though I clearly stated that I only wanted a replacement, not a refund, as a gesture of goodwill.
The authorized service did not inspect the combi boiler and claimed they couldn’t stamp or certify it as defective. I repeatedly informed Trendyol of this, but they failed to take responsibility. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. Never again will I shop on Trendyol. I demand immediate action to replace the damaged product.
