Trendyol Refuses to Accept Return of Unsatisfactory Vacuum Cleaner

I'm entitled to a fifteen-day return period from Trendyol, yet they refuse to accept the return of the vacuum cleaner I purchased and am dissatisfied with, misleading and causing distress. Customer representatives hang up on me and redirect me elsewhere, claiming "we can't accept returns." I'm filing a complaint and seeking resolution. This treatment is unacceptable, and I demand a fair solution to this issue. Trendyol must honor their return policy and address customer concerns promptly.
