Trendyol Does Not Provide Refunds Within 21 Business Days




I returned the cat fountain I purchased from Trendyol, and the seller received the return on 26.03.2024. Trendyol notified me that the return was under review and would be completed by 22.04.2024 at 12:03. Around 19:00 on 22.04.2024, the Trendyol customer representative I corresponded with informed me that my deadline was today at 12:03 and that the seller had not responded. Naturally, since 21 business days had passed, I requested my refund, but they told me they had already forwarded it to the relevant departments and asked me to wait an additional 3 business days. I explained that this was not legal, as they had already delayed me for 21 business days and hadn't received a response, I insisted on a refund. However, they insisted on following the procedure and asked me to wait another 3 business days. I asked a simple question again, "What will happen if it's not resolved within 3 business days?" They avoided giving a clear answer. They don't say what they'll do if this or that happens. Trendyol, if you don't refund my money by 19:26 on 25.04.2024, as stated in the screenshots, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee of Büyükçekmece District Governorship on 26.04.2024. A customer is not someone you can manipulate at your whim.
