Trendyol Didn’t Pick Up My Oversized ₺900 Cleaning Bucket for Return
On October 5, I received a product, a cleaning bucket, which turned out to be far too large for practical use—an enormous cleaning bucket that I just can’t use. I wanted to return it but was told the courier couldn’t pick it up, and I would have to bring it myself. I spoke with the assistant, who assured me that my request was logged and that the courier would come to collect it. Over 15 days have passed, and I’m still stuck with the product; the courier never showed up. Am I responsible for a courier that doesn’t arrive? I’m left with a ₺900 cleaning bucket that I won’t use, sitting here in its box in the middle of my home, waiting for the pickup that never happens. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court and never purchase from Trendyol again.
