Trendyol Failed To Process Refund – Still Waiting Since March

I returned two items to Trendyol, and the app stated that the refund was completed. However, the refund amount of 341.28 SAR has not been credited to my bank card to this day. When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide an official refund confirmation or a valid reference number (ARN). I was repeatedly given unverifiable numbers, and no real refund has been reflected in my bank account. This situation caused financial loss and wasted my time. I am requesting the full refund to my bank card, along with compensation for the mishandling and poor customer service.
