TransferGo Not Sending My $195 Transfer
On October 30, I made a $195 money transfer through the TransferGo website to Fidelity Bank Ghana. My transaction reference number is 62146471. Although the transfer was supposed to be completed within one business day, it still has not gone through as of today. I received no error messages during or after the transfer, and there is no clear information about the transfer status in my TransferGo account.
I contacted TransferGo customer service, but I have not received any response. This was my first-ever transfer using TransferGo, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience.
Since the transfer has still not been completed, I request a full refund of the amount I sent. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
