On June 8, I withdrew $199 from my Payoneer account to my local bank account. The platform marked the transfer as "completed," but as of now, no money has arrived in my bank account. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such an issue, and it’s incredibly disappointing.

Clearly, the problem lies on Payoneer’s end—my bank has confirmed there’s no incoming transfer under my name, and there’s no technical issue from their side. I’ve waited patiently, assuming this was a routine delay, but it’s now well beyond a reasonable timeframe.

I need urgent action. Payoneer must either trace the transaction immediately or refund the amount without delay. I rely on these payments, and such negligence is unacceptable.

Although a money transfer was made from my Payoneer account and it says the payment is completed, the money has not arrived in my bank account. I kindly request the Payoneer team to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Even though it says the payment is completed, the money has not been transferred to my account and it has been 24 hours.

I made the transfer from my Payoneer account at that time, and although it said the payment was completed, the money still hasn't been transferred to my bank account.
