TradingView Reduces Paid Essential Plan Features Mid-Subscription Without Notice

I am a TradingView Essential plan user, and I purchased a one-year subscription for this plan. After using it for months without any issues, over the last two or three days, I noticed that my ability to add as many symbols as I want to my watchlists was unilaterally restricted and capped at 100 symbols. With months still remaining on my plan, reducing a feature I paid for before my contract term ends is an unfair infringement on my purchased usage rights.

I bought this plan relying on the features guaranteed for my contract period. Arbitrarily stripping away an existing feature before my subscription ends is completely unfair and harmful to users. Furthermore, even though I have tried to reach out to customer support about this issue, I cannot get in touch with anyone.

I demand that TradingView honor all the feature rights that were active when I purchased my plan for the entire duration of my contract term, issue an apology for this restriction, refund my fee with interest, and immediately restore all the features previously included under my plan.
