TradingView Charges $315 Fee After User Cancels Free Trial Essential Subscription

I started my membership on TradingView relying on the promise that the first month of the Essential package subscription would be free. Before even a full month had passed, I canceled this subscription on my own three days ago. Despite this, I discovered today that a fee of $315 was charged to my bank account.

Charging me this high amount—despite canceling before the term ended and especially after being told the first month was free—is both misleading and unfair. I do not accept that this transaction went through even though I canceled my subscription.

I demand an immediate cancellation and refund of the $315 charge to my account, and that no further fees be requested for the subscription I canceled. Otherwise, I will pursue all legal avenues regarding this unfair transaction and escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.
