TradingView Charges $19 for Free Trial and Refuses Same-Day Cancellation Refund

On April 13, 2026, I signed up for the TradingView Essential monthly subscription package, which was advertised with a 1-month free trial. However, $19 was charged to my account that exact same day. Because of this, I canceled the subscription later that day, but they still have not refunded my $19.

I made the payment through online banking using an account registered under my own name. Afterward, I reached out to the TradingView support team via Gmail and the help ticket section on their platform to request a refund, but they have completely ignored me and I haven't received a single reply.

I refuse to accept being charged and denied a refund for a package that was clearly advertised as a free trial, especially when I canceled it on the very same day. I demand that the $19 I paid be refunded to my account as soon as possible to resolve this completely unfair situation.
