My Stake Deposit Not Completed

I am writing to report a deposit problem I experienced on the Stake web platform. Three days ago, I made a deposit of 5,000 INR from India using UPI. The amount was debited from my bank account, however it has not been credited to my Stake account. I contacted Stake support regarding this issue, but instead of resolving the matter, my case was cancelled from their side without a satisfactory explanation. In my bank/UPI statement, the transaction appears with a reference/transaction ID, which confirms that the payment was successfully processed by my bank. I kindly request that this deposit of 5,000 INR be completed and credited to my Stake account as soon as possible, or that my case be properly investigated and resolved. I expect Stake to take this matter seriously and ensure that my missing funds are accounted for without further delay.
