FamPay Account Deletion Request

I have a FamPay account linked to the mobile number 9652240*** which I have been using since 2025. I no longer wish to use this service and I want all my data to be deleted permanently. I have tried contacting FamPay customer support to request permanent deletion of my account and all associated data, but I have not received any reply so far. This lack of response is causing serious concern for me, as my personal information is still stored with FamPay without my consent to continue processing it. I request that FamPay permanently delete every account, card, wallet, transaction history and any other data linked to the mobile number and confirm to me in writing once this deletion has been completed.
