I am requesting the cancellation of my Evernote subscription and a full refund. Last year, I struggled to cancel my subscription, and now, without my permission, Evernote automatically renewed it again, charging my card for another yearly payment.
I did not approve this renewal, yet on November 26, 2024, ₺999 was deducted from my account without any prior notice. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and my money refunded.
Evernote must stop charging users without explicit approval and provide a clear way to cancel subscriptions. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue!
