Tracelo.com Charged My Account Twice Without Permission

While my 4-year-old grandson was watching cartoons on my phone, Tracelo.com withdrew money from my account twice—without my consent and without entering any card details. I never subscribed to any service or made a payment, yet they took money without authorization.
I received no service in return, and this charge was made without my knowledge or approval. This is completely unacceptable and feels like fraud.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount taken from my account. Companies like Tracelo.com should not be allowed to charge people without clear authorization. Beware of this platform, and check your bank statements carefully!
