Tracello Charges $29 Without Authorization

On March 30, 2026, at 3:44:57 AM, a charge of $29 was made from my account by Tracello, even though I did not perform any transaction. At that time, I was not making any reservation or purchase through the app or website, yet this amount was still withdrawn from my account.
Since this transaction was carried out completely without my knowledge or consent, I am extremely disturbed and have been put in a difficult situation. The amount taken came from money allocated for my baby’s basic needs, which has seriously impacted my family’s budget. Because of this unauthorized charge, I am facing both financial and emotional hardship.
No information or explanation has been provided to me regarding why this amount was charged. This situation has severely damaged my trust.
I request that Tracello immediately and fully refund the $29 that was withdrawn from my account without any delay, considering that it directly affects my baby’s essential needs. I also request a clear and written explanation of how this transaction occurred.
