For about a year, I have been experiencing a paint peeling problem with my Toyota Corolla. This issue continues to persist, and my grievance grows worse each day.
To resolve the problem, I contacted the Öztoprak dealership in İskenderun. However, they did not open a service record and told me the process could take 1–2 years, then redirected me to other dealerships. Unfortunately, the other dealerships I contacted also refused to help, leaving my issue unresolved.
I also reached out to Toyota customer service, but they redirected me back to the dealership and did not provide any real solution.
Although my vehicle is no longer under warranty, I believe this is a chronic defect and therefore request that my grievance be addressed. I demand that the paint repair be carried out free of charge and without further delay.
