I Still Haven't Received My Refund From Touché Privé for Two Months

On March 22, 2025, I purchased a total of 6 items from the online store of the brand Touche. After receiving the products, I returned three of them — a short trench coat, a knit cardigan, and a basic long-sleeve top (wrong color sent) — on March 29 via the company’s designated courier. I have the shipping receipt as proof. However, despite two months having passed, I have not received any refund from the company. Instead, I only received automated responses via email. It is impossible to reach them by phone — calls are constantly placed on hold, and automated replies continue even outside business hours. Despite multiple reminders, I have only received vague and misleading responses such as “your request has been marked urgent.” I paid a total of ₺2,795.20 for my order, and I am requesting the refund of the proportional amount for the returned items. I have submitted all relevant documents and carried the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. The excessive delay and lack of communication is a clear example of corporate irresponsibility. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping from Touche to proceed with caution. As a consumer, I will fully exercise my legal rights.
