My Bla Bla Car account got closed with an utterly baseless excuse. From 2015 to 2024, I've completed nearly 40 trips, always maintaining communication with passengers and ensuring clear agreements on fares. No extra charges were ever demanded during the rides. Despite this, my account was closed with the claim that I violated terms by charging for profit. The Bla Bla support center initially presented this reason, later stating they would consider it as a profit-making trip, which is impossible. I objected to this (check travel messages and responses to fare inquiries). Unaware that my previous accounts were closed for these reasons, I created a new one, only to have it blocked for allegedly having too many accounts. Essentially, my earlier account was closed without my knowledge. According to the law, hindering service access is prohibited. If you're a platform serving people, you can't impede this with unfounded reasons. There will be legal consequences. I request the reopening of my account.
