Toshiba TV App Store Not Working Despite Internet Connection

My Toshiba TV's App Store suddenly stopped working, even though my internet connection is fine. I checked for updates, but there are none available. This issue appeared out of nowhere, and I’m really frustrated. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I’m regretting my purchase because this situation is just so inconvenient and makes no sense. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
