Tory Burch Sandal Ripped After One Wear, Customer Service Refuses Refund

I bought a pair of Tory Burch sandals. I just wore them once and stashed them in my closet. Because of the pandemic, I didn't put them on again until 2023. As soon as I pulled them out of the closet, I saw that the top part of the left sandal was completely torn, and the right one was beginning to rip.

Due to the pandemic, I couldn't immediately take them to the store. In June 2023, I finally brought them to the store where I bought them and explained the situation. The sandals were brought in for inspection on June 19, 2023. So, on June 26, 2023, I got the news that the inspection didn't find any problems with the quality.

I am extremely let down by the customer service provided by Tory Burch. It's unacceptable for a pricey brand to be falling apart on its own. Clearly, there's something wrong with this product, and the company needs to look into it. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time now, and I must say I'm quite disappointed with the way I've been treated. The sandals are still at the store where I left them. I really hope we can find a solution to this problem.
