Too Lost Music Distributor Approves AI Songs by Email, Then Rejects All Uploads

I signed up for a paid subscription with a foreign music distribution company called Too Lost (I purchased the €35.99 Label Plan, which is called "Distribution Pro" within Too Lost's own Music Pay system). Before subscribing, I had emailed Too Lost's support team asking whether they approve AI-generated songs, and after getting a reply saying "we do approve them," I went ahead and purchased the subscription. But they didn't publish a single one of my songs. They didn't publish my instrumental song, they didn't even publish my a cappella song — meaning a song with no instrumental content at all, just pure vocals — they didn't publish my own original composition, they didn't publish different vocal-style versions of public domain compositions, and they didn't publish any of my Suno Pro songs either.
They keep saying "needs document" without specifying which document they want. I sent an image proving that the public domain composition was indeed public domain, but they still rejected it even though it was a cappella. They also haven't met my requests of "you're not publishing any of my songs, so issue a refund."
