Wasted Money on Vodafone's Unlimited Plan
Hello there, Despite having previously subscribed to an unlimited contract with Vodafone, I discovered that there is no network coverage or internet connectivity after moving to a new location. I contacted them and filed a complaint with them. I also attempted to contact them via their AI customer service, Tobi, but it appears that the AI is unable to comprehend my concerns. To cut a long story short, I'm wasting 400 tl per month on something that isn't even worth it. They will not allow me to change my plan, and they will charge me a 1,200 tl cancellation fee. They are providing no solution in any way. As a result, I'm experiencing significant emotional distress. I was very unhappy.
