Tommy Hilfiger Refused to Exchange My Discolored Polo T-Shirt After One Wear

I bought a Tommy Hilfiger polo collar t-shirt, trusting the brand's name and quality. However, the edges of the t-shirt became discolored after wearing it just once. When I sent it to the brand for an exchange, they refused to accept it. Honestly, it’s deeply disappointing to face the same issue with a product from such a renowned brand that I wouldn’t even experience with a t-shirt bought for ₺200. What’s worse is that the brand does not stand behind its product. I strongly advise against shopping from this brand; they sell products of lower quality than standard market items, and when issues arise, no one takes responsibility.
