Tommy Hilfiger Store Return Policy Conflict and Refund Issue

I bought an item for ₺2,204 from the Tommy Hilfiger store at Opet facilities in Söke, Aydın. One staff member said it was fine, while another later said no exchanges were allowed. When I tried the item at home, it was too big, so I went back to return it. The receipt clearly stated a 30-day return period, but I was told returns are only accepted the same day and the 30 days apply only to exchanges. This contradiction caused me trouble. I expect a refund based on what is written on the receipt.
