I bought a pair of Tommy Hilfiger sneakers from SuperStep 8 months ago, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. But within just 6 months, the shoes started showing major issues: the sides burst open, and noticeable wear formed along the creases. I returned the sneakers to SuperStep for an inspection, and they assured me that if my complaint was validated, they would either replace the shoes with a new pair or offer a full refund. However, they came back denying my claim, leaving me without any solution or compensation. It’s clear now that Tommy Hilfiger sneakers have an unacceptably short lifespan. I’m extremely disappointed with the brand’s lack of responsibility and will definitely not be shopping with them again. I urge SuperStep and Tommy Hilfiger to reconsider their stance and stand behind their products.
