Tommy Hilfiger Sent Wrong Size Shoes – Refund Request and Product Authenticity Concern

I ordered a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes in EU size 36 and Space Blue color on 19 July 2026 through tomyhilfiger.hu. I paid a total of approximately €80 for this order, as shown in the attached screenshot. When the shoes arrived, the size was not as expected, and I have serious concerns about the authenticity of the product, as its quality and details do not appear to match the standards I would expect from genuine Tommy Hilfiger products. Because of these issues, I am unable to use the shoes and feel that the product I received does not correspond to my reasonable expectations. I contacted tomyhilfiger.hu customer support regarding both the sizing issue and my concerns about the product's authenticity, but the assistance I received did not resolve the matter. I kindly request a full refund of the amount I paid, including any delivery charges, and ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
