On 9 March 2026, I ordered a pair of Camper TWS shoes in size 46 EU, blue color, via Amazon.com (order no: 406-2828136-1974761). The product was delivered to me in İzmir Karabağlar on 11 March 2026. Although I ordered size 46, the shoes I received are size 41, and I have serious doubts about the authenticity and quality of the product. In the photos and description on Amazon, the shoes appear as shiny, leather-looking Camper TWS, similar to the products I have previously purchased directly from Camper stores. However, the product sent to me looks more like cheap plastic than leather, with neither the leather appearance nor the shine shown in the images. Camper Türkiye informed me that there should be writing inside the heel section, but this writing does not exist on the shoes I received, which further increases my suspicion that the product is not original. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was told that the product was shipped from Camper Türkiye’s warehouse. When I contacted Camper Türkiye, they stated that the sale was made by Amazon, and both parties shifted responsibility to each other instead of resolving the issue. I requested an exchange for the correct size and original product, but I was told to return the product and that the refund would either be made to my Amazon account balance or to my bank card. I paid by bank card, but due to an ongoing enforcement proceeding, any amount refunded to my card is directly transferred by the bank to that proceeding, which means I cannot benefit from a simple refund and then purchase the correct product. The amount I paid is ₺3,826. I am not requesting an additional product or any extra compensation. My clear and sole request is that, after verifying the authenticity of the product I received, the correct and original Camper TWS shoes in size 46 EU, blue, be sent to me without forcing me into the refund process that will cause financial loss due to my enforcement situation. I expect Amazon and Camper Türkiye to coordinate with each other, take responsibility for this wrong size and possibly non-original product, and ensure that the correct, original product is delivered to me as soon as possible without demanding any extra payment from my side.
