I Received Defective Tommy Hilfiger Items and Wrong Prices




I purchased two items from the Tommy Hilfiger online store. Upon inspecting the products, I noticed that the price tags on the items were different from the prices I paid, and one of the items had a stitching defect. I contacted the store via message to report these issues. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or expressing any regret, I received a generic response: "Thank you for choosing our brand, and you may return the products." I was expecting the invoice to reflect the tagged prices and for the defective item to be promptly exchanged, but my expectations were completely disregarded.
