TOD TV Package Not Activated – Formula 1 Access Issue

I purchased the Süper Dolu Package through Todtv on 15.07.2026, but in the system my package still appears as the Süper Lig Package. Because of this mismatch, whenever I try to watch Formula 1 broadcasts, I receive an “you are not authorized” style unauthorized content warning on the screen and I cannot access the broadcast via TV Plus Pro. The problem started on 17.07.2026 and has been continuing in the same way with every attempt since that date. I tried to reach the company many times via their social media channels, but instead of producing a concrete solution, I was constantly stalled and no real progress was made. I request that the Süper Dolu Package I purchased be fully activated, especially in a way that allows me to watch Formula 1 broadcasts, and that my package be correctly defined in the system. If this cannot be done, I request a refund of the fee I paid, taking into account the content that I have not been able to use.
