Tod TV Downgrades My Package Without Approval Right After Renewal

I renewed my annual Süper Dolu package membership on Tod TV, used through my phone number 5427****43, on Friday, 06/26/2026. Right after the renewal process, while trying to look at other suggested packages in the system, I found that I had been switched, without my approval, to the smaller-content Süper Lig package, and no refund was issued for the higher amount I had paid for the annual Süper Dolu package.
Regarding this situation, I'm unable to reach customer service by phone. I opened a request through the live support line, and despite following up twice, I haven't received any response.
My request from Tod TV is that the package, which was downgraded without my permission, be immediately restored to the annual Süper Dolu package as it was before, and that the process be clearly explained to me.
