Tipobet Deducted ₺21,000 From My Balance During Withdrawal Without Reason

On September 1, 2025, I registered on Tipobet and claimed a 15% deposit bonus. I lost the coupon I played with the bonus, but with my own funds I grew my balance from ₺50,000 to ₺100,000.

When I submitted a withdrawal request, I was told that I needed to roll over my main balance at minimum odds of 1.30. My existing combo bet already had odds of 2, but to comply, I placed another bet at 1.32 odds. My balance then increased further to ₺121,000.

Even though I had already lost the bonus, Tipobet still applied a “bonus deduction” policy at withdrawal, which I accepted. I then requested a withdrawal of ₺113,000, but suddenly ₺21,000 was removed from my account and never paid out.

When I contacted customer service, I received vague and unhelpful responses with no proper explanation. This is unacceptable. I have screenshots and documents of all my transactions to prove what happened.

I demand that Tipobet immediately refunds the missing ₺21,000 to my account. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will not remove this complaint and will continue to share my experience so others are aware.
